Range Right has secured exclusive UK distribution rights for Taipan Airguns and Valiant Optics. The announcement follows successful discussions between the businesses at this year’s IWA show in Nuremberg.
Harrogate-based Range Right is a leading distributor of airguns, optics, shotguns, rifles, and shooting accessories.
Managing director Gill Peters said: “This is very exciting for us. Taipan Airguns are at the top end of the market and have a reputation for excellent performance, not just with pellets but also with slug ammunition, which has rocketed in popularity in recent years.
“Valiant Optics has an equally enviable reputation for solid build quality and class-leading performance. We look forward to bringing both brands to British shooters and have no doubt that they will quickly become firm favourites.”
Based in the Czech Republic, the Taipan Airguns range is made to the highest standards. Each of these pre-charged air rifles is tested on completion and leaves the factory with a range card confirming its accuracy at 40m. The 2025 lineup includes the self-indexing Slash, the Veteran II, and the Veteran II Tactical.
Range Right will be bringing the entire Taipan Airguns range to the UK in a variety of barrel lengths and calibres, including .177, .22, .25, and .30. Options will include sub-12ft/lbs and high-power models in various configurations.
